I love what I do and my culinary journey has given me the chance to turn my passion into a career. I am dedicated to pursuing my culinary dreams and look forward to sharing my passion with others and making it a reality in my restaurant, the "Esszimmer by Emanuel Ganahl".

At the "Esszimmer" by Emanuel Ganahl, alpine cuisine and international classics merge in a modern interpretation to create a unique adventure.
Its main focus is the new interpretation of sushi in the Muntafun style.

"I have a lifelong passion for cooking that was sparked during my childhood. Throughout my culinary journey, I have learned and appreciated the diverse styles of cuisine and cooking techniques in over 20 countries around the world. I was particularly inspired by my time in Japan, where I discovered and deepened my deep love for the art of sushi. My professional career began in Gaschurn, where I started my career as a chef. Since then, I have had the privilege of learning from many highly skilled professionals around the world."
