What we lovingly call “Quellness” is the perfect harmony of our natural spring and soothing wellness. Our revitalizing water is of the highest quality, free from chlorine or additives, and especially gentle on your skin.

P.S.: Our spring rises just behind the hotel and literally flows through the entire house.

When it comes to wellness, we invite you to dive in, sweat away the stress, and then savor pure relaxation. In between, there should always be a little sparkle – whether in our hot pools or with a glass of Alpenrose Sparkling by the pool. And always with an extra touch that is priceless: the free view of the mountains.

Indoor Pool & Whirlpool.

Our indoor pool, with a constant temperature of 30°C, is perfect for both water lovers and sporty swimmers. For ultimate relaxation, slip into our whirlpool heated to 36°C. Feel the soothing bubbles surround you as stress and tension melt away.

Sauna & Steam Bath

Discover our sauna world with diverse ways to relax. The Finnish sauna, known for its dry heat, invites you to unwind on warm wooden benches. Our unique Stollen sauna, with its distinctive cave-like design, creates a cozy atmosphere for switching off. Prefer gentle relaxation? Try our herbal sanarium, with lower temperatures and a mild, calming effect. And if you love the warmth of steam, immerse yourself in our steam bath and let the soothing vapors surround you.

Cold Water Pool

Looking for the full Kneipp effect? Take the plunge in our ice-cold pool after your sauna session and feel how the refreshing water awakens your senses and fills you with new energy.

Water and Tea Bar

Take a break at our water and tea bar. Our special touch: the water comes straight from our own spring – fresh, pure, and revitalizing. Pair it with a selection of natural teas by Team Dr. Joseph for an extra dose of wellness.

Infrared Cabin

Gentle infrared warmth penetrates deep into your muscles, helping to release tension and ease soreness. It also boosts circulation, supports regeneration, and improves skin health.

Peace and Retreat

Find your quiet places both indoors and outdoors. No noise, no crowds. Just you, a lounger, and sweeping views of Montafon. Or soak up the sun in the garden or on the terrace. Perhaps with a cappuccino? Or better yet, a sparkling creation from our bartender Peter – just the right fizz before returning to your sources of relaxation.
