Position goal
Independent service on your station to ensure an excellent dining experience for our à la carte and half-board guests.
Responsibilities:
- Professional handling of the entire guest experience, from welcome to farewell
- Main point of contact for guest requests in the restaurant
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in all restaurant areas
- Leading, training, motivating, and developing junior team members
- Maintaining guest profiles and preferences of our regular guests
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with all hotel departments
- Upholding and monitoring hotel service standards
Minimum salary according to collective agreement; overpayment possible depending on qualifications.

- Acting as contact point for guest-related inquiries from the service team
- Maintaining cleanliness and order on your station
- Leading, training, and motivating junior team members
- Ensuring smooth collaboration across hotel departments
- Upholding and optimizing kitchen standards

Managing all operational processes at the reception to ensure an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
- Professional handling of check-in and check-out
- Main point of contact for all guest inquiries
- Coordination of workflows throughout the hotel and our mountain hut
- Maintaining guest profiles for our regular guests
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with all departments
- Upholding and refining hotel standards
- Supporting hotel management
