Tipping for excellent service is customary in Austria.

Our tip jar at reception is shared fairly among all staff except Alpine SPA. You are also welcome to tip individual team members directly.

If you forgot any toiletries such as a toothbrush or conditioner, reception can provide essentials at any time.

We are happy to serve your favorite dishes from the restaurant to your room. Comfortable, private, and relaxed.

There is a € 15.00 service charge. Please contact reception to coordinate your order and timing.

From May to October and from December to April, enjoy guided adventures daily: hiking, e-biking, climbing in summer, and ski touring, snowshoeing, and winter hikes in winter.

Our second property is a rustic Alpine hut in Silbertal and a lovely excursion destination for all ages.

How to get there

• Easy route: start at the Kristbergbahn parking lot and walk about 5 km along the Litz, around one hour.
  Liebst du weite Ausblicke, dann empfehlen wir dir die längere, aussichtsreiche Rundwanderung ab der Bergstation der Kristbergbahn, die dich hinunter zum Fellimännle führt.
• Panoramic route: take the longer scenic loop from the Kristbergbahn mountain station down to the hut.

We can arrange a transfer from Silbertal directly to the hut on request.

For stays of 5 nights or more, green fees at Golfclub Montafon are complimentary. Pick up your voucher at reception.

For shorter stays the fee is € 30.00 per green fee. As our guest you also receive 20% off green fees at other golf courses in Vorarlberg.

On request you may accompany our host family on a complimentary stalk or join winter wildlife feeding.

Our rooftop tennis court is free to use. Bring your own gear or borrow rackets and balls from us.

We can arrange lessons with experienced coaches at TC Montafon.

Charge your electric car at our new charging station in the underground garage for a fee. The charging card is available at reception and is billed to your room account.

Your e-bike can be charged free of charge at our dedicated station.

Access can be added to your room card at reception. Cost is € 5.00 per night per car.

Your half-board dinner is served in the restaurant from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., featuring many fresh regional specialties from the Ländle.
If you will arrive late or skip dinner, please let reception know in time.

Please tell us before arrival if you need allergy-friendly pillows or duvets. Dietary needs are gladly accommodated. For a small surcharge we can prepare gluten-free and lactose-free meals; please inform us in advance about any allergies or intolerances.

Use of our Alpine SPA with four different saunas, indoor pool, whirlpool, and panoramic fitness room is included.

Our spa offers a wide range of body and soul treatments. Book at reception or via our online messenger. We use our own spring water for treatments, rich in the energy it gathers while flowing through ancient Alpine rock.

A bathrobe, spa bag with towels, and spa slippers are in your room for use during your stay. If you need anything else, tell reception or your room attendant.

Located on the 2nd floor, open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with inspiring mountain views.

Children may enter only when accompanied by an adult.
