We love digging into Grandma’s old recipe books. What treasures do we find there? Käsknöpfle (cheese dumplings), Schupfnudla (potato noodles), Öpfelküachle (apple fritters), Krutspätzle (spätzle with sauerkraut) or Käsdönnala (cheese tart). Hard to pronounce? The story of Alpenrose is inseparably tied to our “Ländle.” Fini and Oswald Mäser already knew this when they built Alpenrose in 1963. From the very beginning, our house has been a natural source of genuine mountain friendship. A home for guests who keep coming back again and again.
