We love digging into Grandma’s old recipe books. What treasures do we find there? Käsknöpfle (cheese dumplings), Schupfnudla (potato noodles), Öpfelküachle (apple fritters), Krutspätzle (spätzle with sauerkraut) or Käsdönnala (cheese tart). Hard to pronounce?
