The Alpenrose indulging half-board includes a generous breakfast offer and a 5-course evening menu of your choice or a themed buffet, as well as the usage of our Alpine SPA including 4 different saunas, indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and panoramic fitness room.

Our Alpine SPA opens daily from 7 am - 8 pm. For all treatments we solely use our clear, fresh mountain water from our hotel-own spring. During its way through the mountain, the water collects energy from the depths of the ancient alpine rocks. Follow time, feel the prickling of thousands of years on your skin.

Enjoy an aperitif or a digestif at our cozy hotel bar. We open daily at 4 pm until 12.30 pm.

You will find your personal bath robe and towels with slippers in a basket on your room. We kindly ask you to take these with you into the sauna, and bring them back again into your room.

From May to October and from December to April BergePLUS provides unforgettable hiking, (E-) biking and climbing adventures every day. As a partner business, there is no extra cost for you to take part. The programme is available at Reception.

To avoid queues at Reception in the morning we would ask you to settle your bill the evening before. Your bill can be paid in cash, with a debit card, Visa or MasterCard.

The breakfast offer is available from 07:30 to 10:30. We recommend your food from breakfast.

Arrival: Your room is available from 2:00 p.m. Should you be arriving earlier, please use the time to look around the hotel or to enjoy a refreshing drink in our inviting restaurant.

Departure: please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
You can still use the Alpine SPA area on the day you are due to depart.

Here your loved ones can really have lots of fun. Our game room is located right behind our Kaminbar - of course we are happy to show you the way. Grown kids can enjoy our seminar room with table football, billard & table tennis. Table tennis paddles can be retreived at the reception free of charge.

Child Care can be arranged upon prior request.

During 6.30 - 8.00 pm you can enjoy our indulging half-board at our restaurant. If you are running late for dinner, or are not coming at all, please let us know at the reception on time.

Your four-legged friends are welcome here with us too. They are however not permitted in the breakfast room, or in the Alpine SPA. There is a 18.0 surcharge per night, feed is not included.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to being your dog with you at meal times. There is an additional final cleaning surcharge to clean the room of 200,0. Costs for any damaged fixtures and fittings will be deducted from your dog indemnity insurance.
Tip: There is a large meadow and a forest behind the hotel where your dog can be let off the lead.

As a guest of the Alpenrose, you can take your E-car to our new E-car charging station. Our employees should be informed about the incident costs.
In general, you will receive our charter card for the daily garage. The calculation is completed via your room account!
We also offer a purchase for your e-bike, this service is included in the room price, and your bike rental in Bergen is not available in the mountains.

This Alpine inn is located in Silbertal and is an ideal excursion destination for all ages. You can walk there in around an hour from the car park for the Kristbergbahn (5 km hiking path along the Litz), or we are happy to arrange a transfer from Silbertal to the inn for you. Fellimännle inn is open every day from the middle of May until the middle of October. In winter it is open every day except Monday, from 25th December until Easter.

There is a ‘First Aid Box’ and a defibrillator at Reception. We are legally prohibited from issuing medications.

Our panorama fitness area is located in the 2nd floor and is open from 08:00 to 20:00. Excitement for children only in the consulting of adults.

Forget other bath items. No problem, you can get this at our reception. (Toothbrush, conditioner, etc.)

At the reception you can order entry into our garage and book it onto your oom key. We will charge € 5,00 per night.

We have adapted the cancellations terms in your favour as follows:

Winter: In case of cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival, we do not charge cancellation fees. During 29 - 7 days prior to your arrival, we will charge 70% of your total reservation sum. From 7 days onwards prior to your arrival, we need to charge 90% of your total reservation sum. For no-shows, we charge 100%.

Sommer: In case of cancellation 7 days prior to your arrival, we do not charge cancellation fees. From 6 days onwards prior to your arrival, we will charge 90% of your total reservation sum.

Non refundable rate: If a non refundable rate is booked, the credit card will be charged immediately.

When booking our chalets, the following cancellation conditions apply the whole year round:
In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, we do not charge a cancellation fee. If 29 - 7 days before arrival, we allow ourselves to charge 70% of your booking amount. From 7 days before arrival we have to charge you 90% of your booking; in case of "no show" the total amount according to the reservation will be invoiced.

For group bookings of 12 persons or more, the following cancellation conditions apply the whole year round:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the agreed date of arrival, we do not charge any cancellation fee.
In case of 29 - 7 days before arrival we allow ourselves to charge 70% of your booking amount.
From 7 days before arrival we have to charge you 90% of your booking, in case of "no show" the total amount according to the reservation will be charged.

The hotel reserves itself the right to cancel all reservations within 24 hours after having received the reservation information without giving reasons.

A changeover of the room in the same category could happen.

From a stay of 5 nights you get free green fees for Golfclub Montafon at Reception.
Elsewhere there is a 30.0/ surcharge for green fees. There is a 20% discount on green fees for other golf courses in Vorarlberg.

On request you have the opportunity to go deerstalking with the host family free of charge, or you can accompany them to feed the animals in the winter. Shooting fees and conditions are available at Reception.

Our indoor swimming pool is located on the 1st floor and opens daily from 7 am - 9 pm.

Free WLAN available throughout the hotel, except the restaurant and wellness area. No password required.

Laundry service is available - our housekeeping staff is happy to help (surcharge applies).

You can lend a book at our library any time you like.

Lost property is kept for 1 year from the date of discovery.

The mini-bar is inspected and replenished daily by our house-keeping staff. Anything you consume is automatically charged to your hotel bill. Please let Reception know about what you consume on the day you are due to depart.

If you will be heading home before 7:30 a.m., we are happy to make you up a packed lunch for your journey instead of breakfast. Please let us know by 6.00 p.m. the day before. We are also happy to make you up a packed lunch for an excursion for 8.0 when you let us know in advance.

Parking is available free of charge right in front of our hotel, as well as next to our hotel building and right across the street.

At the reception we are at your service daily from 8 am - 9 pm! The number for all cases: 88.

Please check and sign your docket stating what you have consumed. Out of consideration for our staff, the restaurant is closed from 10 p.m. – we are happy to serve you at our bar until 12:30 a.m. We would also ask that you do not enter the restaurant in your bathing robe.

Upon surcharge of € 15,00 we are happy to serve any dishes you find in our menu (during opening hours of our restaurant) onto your room.

All our rooms have a safe for your valuables. We would ask you to leave the safe door open upon your departure and, if necessary, hand the keys to Reception. Your valuables are insured up to 4360.0. Should you want to secure valuables that are of a higher value, you may use the hotel safe at Reception.

The hot sauna will be ready for you daily from 2 pm - 8 pm. We are happy to make sauna visits available before midday as well (approx. 20 minutes waiting time).

Don't spend any sleepless nights with us! Please inform us before your arrival and ask for special blankets and pillows. If you are unable to eat certain foods due to an allergy or intolerance, please let us know before your arrival. Gluten and lactose-free meals are available for an extra charge.

Please store your ski shoes in our ski storage area, where ski shoe dryers are also available. In the summer you can store your bike in the CCTV-monitored bike storage area.

We are also happy to convert tickets pre-ordered in the online store into usable tickets. Please hand in the voucher for this purpose at our reception.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. There are however ash trays on your room balcony/terrace.

Our Turbo Solarium is located on the 1st floor behind the Alpine SPA Reception. Prepaid cards are available for EUR 9,00 at the Reception.

The mains water supply throughout the hotel is of the best drinking quality. Just turn the tap and enjoy the pure flavour of the hotel’s own mountain spring.

Don’t hesitate to let the host family know about your requirements, or any complaints you may have. This can also be done anonymously using the questionnaire in your room.
You will also receive a follow-up mail a few days after you depart. Should you find that there is anything else you need in your room, please let us know and we will endeavour to provide you with what you require as soon as possible.

Our tennis court is located on the hotel roof and can be used free of charge (please bring your own gear).

For tennis lessons with your own coach we will refer you to the TC Montafon.

In Austria it is customary to show appreciation for courteousness and hospitality. There is a tips box at Reception for all our staff, except for Alpine SPA staff. You may of course tip each member of staff individually.
